Front Foot First, LLC (“we”, “FFF”, “us” or “our”) endeavors to protect your personal information. This Terms of Use and Privacy Policy informs you about our practices regarding the treatment of information we collect from you online (e.g., through our websites) and offline (e.g., through customer support channels and promotional activities), the kinds of information we may collect, how that information is used, with whom we share it, and how you can opt-out of a use or correct or change such information.

This Terms of Use Privacy Policy applies to information that is processed by FFF in the course of our business, including via www.frontfootfirst.com (“Website”) and and other online or offline offerings (together with any and all future online and offline offerings, the “Services”). The Website provides a range of content hosting and communication services, and seeks to connect talent, models, dancers, voice talent, hosts, potential contestants and show participants, and other artists (collectively, “Talent”) with professionals rendering professional services in motion picture, theatrical, radio, television and other entertainment enterprises.
2. Third Party Links. The Website may contain links to websites operated by third parties (“Third Party Sites”) that are outside of our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We do not endorse and are not in any way responsible for the privacy policies, content, and/or practices of such Third Party Sites. You should review the privacy policy of all Third Party Sites so you can understand how they collect, use, store and transfer or share your personal information.
3. Information We Collect. We may collect different types of information on our Website or Third Party Sites, including personal information In each case, it is indicated on the Website whether any personal or demographic data must be provided for you toaccess and use the requested Services. The types of personally identifiable information we collect (directly from you or from third party sources) and our privacy practices depend on the nature of the relationship you have with FFF and the requirements of applicable law. Below is more information on the ways we collect personal information and how we use it. Personal information we collect may include:

We will not collect sensitive information about you (such as information about your health or medical history; ethnic origin; political or religious beliefs; trade union, guild or other professional association memberships; sexual orientation; or criminal record) except where you have voluntarily provided it to us in the optional fields designated for that information or where its collection is required by law.Note that it is against the Terms of Use to enter or otherwise provide any government identifier (such as a Social Security number, TaxID number, or Medicare number) in any area of the Website except where you have voluntarily provided it to us in the optional fieldsdesignated for that information. If we become aware that you have provided any government identifiers in your profile in fields notdesignated for that information or anywhere else on the Site, we reserve the right to immediately delete that information.

a. To third-party service providers acting on our behalf or to entities with whom we may collaborate with to deliver, market and advertise our Services;
b. To business partners and affiliates for our and our affiliates’ internal business purposes or to provide you the Services;
c. In order to protect the safety and security of our business, the Services, our operations, our systems, our properties, our customers, or any other related person or entity;
d. In order to investigate, detect, deter, prevent, report, defend against, or take other action regarding security incidents, abusive behavior, suspected fraud, malicious or illegal activities; and
e. In connection with any reorganization, restructuring, merger, sale, acquisition, financing, dissolution, or other transfer of assets.
6. Manage Your Information. We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. You have the right to object to and opt-out of certain uses and disclosures of your personal information. Where you have consented to our processing of your personal information, you may withdraw that consent at any time and opt-out to further processing by contacting us. You acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee the security of your information. We retain personal information we receive as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our Services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements and comply with applicable laws. 8. Minors. Persons under the age of 13 are prohibited from using our Services. Persons between the ages of 13 and 18 may only use our Services with the legal authorization of their parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13 (or from persons between the age of 13 and 18 without appropriate authorization). These Authorized Third Parties may be located in a country whose data protection laws are different from your country, and we provideAuthorized Third Parties only with the minimum amount of information necessary to complete the requested service and performtheir functions. We do not allow Authorized Third Parties to use your information for any other purpose and they may not share that information with any other third party. We will remain the data controller and be responsible for any information shared in this way. We require that Authorized Third Parties adhere to procedures and security measures at least as restrictive as our own, includingthis Privacy Policy
10. International Transfers. Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including personal information, to the United States and process it there.
